A long-standing client partnership, MetSpace approached us to deliver another high-performing flexible workspace — this time in the heart of Clerkenwell. Baltic Street was transformed into a bright, open-plan environment tailored for modern occupiers. We created generous breakout zones, integrated collaborative meeting areas, and installed a sleek kitchen island to act as a central social hub. Raw finishes and exposed services nod to the area’s industrial roots, while warm textures and planting add balance and comfort. Designed for flexibility and delivered with care, this space is now home to another thriving MetSpace community.
