Old Nichol Street

SIZE | 2,500 sq ft
DURATION | 5 Weeks

In this 2,500-square-foot interior design project, we embarked on a comprehensive CAT A+ remodel that transformed the space into a dynamic and inviting environment. Our scope included the addition of meeting rooms to enhance functionality and implementing new flooring, wall finishes, and tasteful decorations to elevate aesthetics. Additionally, we meticulously curated a full furniture specification and handled the seamless delivery and installation process. We applied a thoughtfully crafted dressing package to make the space more attractive to potential tenants. This project exemplifies our expertise in creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and highly marketable interior spaces.
