Spanning three floors and approximately 3,000 sqft, this collaborative flex space project with Metspace and Woven Spaces was all about character and context. Situated in the heart of a historic building, we leant into its unique architecture and local heritage to inform a thoughtful, design-led transformation. Each floor was tailored to support modern working styles while enhancing original features, with layered materials, refined palettes and zoned layouts that offer both functionality and soul.
