Multi-phase CAT A refurbishment with mezzanines and roof terrace

Tucked just off Gray’s Inn Road, Brownlow Mews presented a unique opportunity to breathe new life into this mews building. We transformed the formerly compartmentalised, 60’s style layout, into two expansive, light-filled CAT A office spaces—enhancing the building’s natural character while reimagining it for today’s occupiers.

As part of the works, we introduced two new mezzanine levels to maximise floor space and vertical flow, combining raw materiality with clean modern finishes. Following an extensive planning consultation with Camden Council, we’ve since returned to deliver a stunning new roof terrace — completing the evolution of this building into a highly desirable workspace in the heart of Midtown.
