Dilapidations and CAT A+ fit out of a period Victorian Hackney Carriage stable building into a flexible workspace. The design had to be sympathetic to both the history of the building and the surrounding area.

The result is a stylish yet comfortable space, maximising natural light and highlighting the original construction elements of the building; breakout space; meeting room and kitchen.

This was an especially collaborative process, working closely with the client and design team to achieve a successful outcome.
