In a grand 9,000 sqft penthouse overlooking St Pauls, One New Change, unites three companies under one roof. With a complex requirement from TFS Healthcare to house each company equally whilst unifying the group. Fiducia collaborated closely, handling test fits, design concepts, fit-out, and final space dressing from inception to completion. The result is a stylish, light, scandi-inspired workspace showcasing beautiful oak, greenery and a modern take on Crittal glass partitioning. Designed to bring the teams together using corporate colours to delineate each company’s area with modern furniture and graphics, the teams are centred around a large breakout kitchen/bar that is the hub of the space.
